Overweight guy looking for a little direction.
Overweight guy looking for a little direction.So I'm 25, roughly 280 5'9'' and I really want to change. My weight scares me I get tired easily and have little to no energy. I'm just looking for a good routine to slim down and maybe tone on the way. I haven't really worked out on a regular basis in a long time. When I walk into a gym I get lost rather easily. Anybody know of a good routine to try? Also is there any supplements anyone might recommend for this outcome?
