Would someone be able to tell me which muscle groups need to be specifically targeted for the following goals? (pics included)
Would someone be able to tell me which muscle groups need to be specifically targeted for the following goals? (pics included)My goal isnt to gain very much weight but definitely gain an amount of muscle in certain parts of my body to sort of re-proportion it. I havent found any information in the FAQ that specifically answers my question. This is me now: http://imgur.com/a/e8Kcu My goal is to have proportions more similar to these: http://imgur.com/a/7XKdq Im probably already about the size of the people in the photos but look at the definition on particularly the tattood fellow. It appears to me that i need to increase muscle in my obliques and biceps, so that my torso is filled in and appears more masculine. Even though the man is not very built, he just has low body fat, his baseline muscle is excellently aesthetically proportioned (in my opinion) I also just want to be able to have squared and defined shoulders in my neutral position like the man but without having large pectorials, and I would like to be able to sit comfortable in a chair or on a couch while keeping my back muscles active and looking natural while doing so submitted by /u/ihaveareallylongcock [link] [comments]
