I'm 169cm and 67kgs and I'm currently under a weight loss process that's been working so far, losing fat from all over the body. But I dread one thing: the leg fat. I'm pear-shaped and I know that even though I will lose a lot of fat to the point I look very thin, I will somehow still have fat in the lower area like my legs and thighs mostly. I have had 55 kgs in the past (my lowest weight and the same height) and still had that stubborn fat in my legs was there, thighs still chaffing, and I was really skinny in the superior area, looked weird. How do you manage that?
