Please, don't do what I did.

Last night I was out at some bars with friends and I decided to limit my calories to 600 to account for all the drinks I'd be having.

Turns out, my body hated that notion and after my second beer I started to feel light headed and dizzy.

As we were all chatting it up I went to sit down for a moment and that's the last thing I remember.

A few moments later and I woke up on the floor of the bar where my friends were checking my pulse, asking me if I'm okay and if I need a doctor.

Turns our, my blood sugar and low amounts of carbs that night had shut my body down for a moment and actually had me fall over and become unconscious.

We ended up leaving as they all helped me up then we went to get something to eat since I was basically starving myself that night.

This is the first time this has happened to me and I know all of you here are dead set on weight loss which is awesome. Just don't limit yourself too dangerously in a way and cause harm either. I'm terribly lucky for having awesome friends and that I didn't fall on anything sharp.

Basically, if you'll be out with some friends, don't try and do crazy limits to account for those calories.

It's better than the alternative.
