I haven't really tried any diet that involved replacing regular meals with fruit or vegetables only.
I have had very good experiences in the past dieting but fruit wasn't a big of part of them and they achieved everything I wanted.
However, my SO decided to buy a smoothie/milkshake/ice-cream maker (?) that makes very good smoothies of only fruit.
I've made 3 different kinds and they were very tasty and there was no need to add any sugar or anything, just ice to make it fresh.
So, I've been thinking of maybe replacing a meal per day with fruit smoothies. And since I was never a big fruit expert I have no clue where to start. I do enjoy most fruits (outside of pomegranate).
What would be the best solution that wouldn't affect me in the long-rung?
