Shoulder Impingement Help
Shoulder Impingement HelpA few months ago, I was starting a shoulder routine and must have started too hard, too fast. Felt a twing during lateral raises, saw a PT, impingement. I've since shifted from shoulder exercises to let this reside but am still regularly working out (back, arms, legs) but it's still ocassionally flaring up. My question is: What exercises are ON/OFF limits? I've shifted to a close grip bench, dead lift form is good, no lat pulldowns.
