Squat - Hip Flexor Pain

165LB , 5'7, Male, 20 I have always had tight hips and after two years of neglect, I am trying to turn the corner and become healthier. I am doing SS, and I am having a hard time doing Squats. I feel like I can lift heavier weights but I am stuck at 70LBs because when I hit the bottom of my squat, I just feel the worst pain in my hips. I have been trying to do heavier weights but each time I try, my form breaks down due to my inflexibility.

After reading the WIKI and searching around, i wasn't able to find anything on what I should do. Should I continue to do squats at a weight that I can preform perfect form and work on specific workouts that targets glutes, hammys and quads? Or should I just continue to attempt to progress into heavier weights with squats?

EDIT: I am doing a few hip and hamstring stretches everyday, including the third world squat.
