Am I doing too much?

I started doing ab workouts over a year ago (via the runtastic six pack app) and I've been running for about two years.

I figured I was ready for the next level, so I decided to pick up StrongLifts 5x5 workout routine.

I run a 10k Tuesday Thursday Saturday, work on my abs Monday Through Saturday (with a break on Thursday and Sunday) and I have recently set my lifting goal to Monday Wednesday Friday.

I know you need to let your muscles rest, and none of my three separate routines work the muscles of each other, but am I doing too much?
