I'm wondering if you guys have an idea for a routine that doesn't neglect too many muscle groups, or if there is something I could buy to assist with a routine (that's feasible to carry in a big rig . As you can see I don't have a bench, or even a floor really..
The dumbbells I have are adjustable (gold's gym I think) but I don't have any extra weights yet so the max is 20 lbs each, or 37~ lbs for one.
As you can see my choice of employment doesn't naturally lead to a healthy lifestyle, but I'm working on it! I've been dieting for the last year almost and I'm down nearly 90 lbs, but I'm looking to adding exercise to my regimen and I thought the fit folks of /r/fitness could give me some advice.
