Ugh, plateaus.

A week ago I wrote:

Plateaus do happen, but when they do I just tell myself to "trust The Program".

Since then I haven't lost or gained anything. 226.6 lbs every morning when I step on the scale. I'm eating the same things and carefully tracking everything like I did for the first 12 lbs, taking the same walk each day, drinking the same amount of water.

I know the plateau can't last forever, but it's so easy to write what I did when you're on a losing streak (in a good way!)
