I need to lose some weight and one of the biggest challenges has been energy. For the past 15 years (since I was a 15 year old kid) my routine has been to wake up and drink 20oz of coffee before I even get dressed. I usually will have another 16oz in the afternoon. I feel like I wake up tired, and like I never have energy. I also think the only reason I poop is because of my morning coffee. LOL Sorry for the TMI. I have tried to quit coffee once before but the headaches and fatigue were crippling. I have a friend that said I'm so tired because I drink coffee. I have always heard that coffee is actually good for you. So, I'm wondering, is there any proof that stopping could help my adrenals, or is it a waste of time?
