How to sleep less?
How to sleep less?Hello everyone, I have quite a problem with the ammount of sleep required to not make me feel like a zombie, nowadays I have to sleep for a good 10-12 hours to feel remotely rested. Since I am an student and very active in my extracurriculars (research groups, and dancing) I definitely don't have the time to sleep that much, I was wondering If there is a way exercise might help me sleep less, or if I should visit a doctor for medical advice.
