I've started running and it just feels awkward to me. How can I enjoy it more?I've started the Couch to 5k program and I finished the second week. It's not horrible but I really feel clunky while running and I get shin splints halfway through and it just feels awkward. I am 5' 9" and 215lb (a decent amount is muscle) so I feel like this could definitely be a factor. The shin splints kill me but I think they are getting better.
