Casual Lifter making gains, but running into some trouble with legsFor context, I'm a dude on the skinnier side. I've just started at university, and every one of my classes is on the third floor of its building. I take the stairs, and do so relatively quickly (and with a heavy backpack as well, of course)...Here's my problem Every time I try to do my squats, my legs are burning after one. I'm doing them with no weight, I'm just so worn out from hauling ass up and down stairs all week. Should I lay off squats until I get used to it? Possibly take the elevator?
