Just started my fitness journey and I broke my foot/toes last night.I'm so discouraged. I just recently started my fitness journey and have lost 10 lbs so far. Last night I hit the corner of the coffee table with my foot and have broken 2 toes and bruised the top of my foot. How do you adjust your routines during injury?
