What's your go-to ab routine/workout?

What's your go-to ab routine/workout?I'm fairly new to the world of working out solely at the gym. I used to be a competitive athlete, so my core was strong just from playing my sport. But, after a year, i'm trying to get back into shape and am having a hard time putting together a core circuit that doesn't make me want to claw my eyes out.
