Staying motivated after an injury? First night back at they gym and I'm totally bummed out

Staying motivated after an injury? First night back at they gym and I'm totally bummed outSustained a hip and knee injury 3 weeks ago, and I've pretty much stayed away from the gym during that time. Walking was a hassle but I did a few exercises to try to keep up during my time out. First night back and my god does my hip freaking hurt. My sports medicine doctor is booked up until next month so I've got no idea what the damage even is. Feeling terribly discouraged right now.
