Just want to share my experience with everyone. I know oatmeal and fruit and all kinds of sugary cereals and hot drinks are a lot people's choice for breakfast. However, I have found that eleminating all carbs and sugar in the first meal of the day and replacing it with healthy fats (coconut oil, grassfed butter) and healthy proteins(eggs) REALLY satiates me for a long time. As a result of eating plenty of these fats and proteins in the morning I lost a significant amount of weight and maintained it. Has anyone had a similar experience or care to share your thoughts?
