Bad to lift same muscle each day?Is it bad to do small daily workouts in the morning or at night? I'm talking about doing like ten pull ups every night. Would it be best to not do it on back days or the days right after? I'd be adding this and probably a few other things to do on top of me already going to the gym. Thoughts?
