Day two of my reboot

To recap, I'm 49 year old (next week) man, 5'6", about 290lbs. Currently, tracking my progress on LoseIt as well as YouTube through a daily vlog.

Had a good day yesterday and a good start to today. Went to the gym both days. ALL cardio. As far as weight loss goes, I don't know. I'll weigh in on Friday.

Regarding diet, I'm just doing calorie in/calorie out. Yesterday recorded a 591 calorie deficit, so I guess that's good.

Regarding the YouTube channel, since I got a "talking to" last time for posting the link and self promoting, I'll not do that here. I figure if anyone is interested, they'll contact me.
