How to encourage my sister to push herself?

I need some advice on how to get my sister to push herself whilst at the gym. I gym with my wife & sister, 4 times a week. Whilst my wife and I have a good set routine which includes weights & cardio, my sister sort of just comes along for the ride, and doesn't really have a routine, and flakes out on most things we do weight wise. Here's an example: *I run for X number of minutes, she will walk at a snails pace for the same amount of time *My wife & I do squats with weights, she doesn't really do them (certainly half the sets) with no weights *When doing situps, she barely moves (I'd call them more neck ups, which could damage her rather than help her, but she don't wanna hear it!)

Both my sister and I are there to lose weight. I've spoken to my sister about pushing herself, but she has all the excuses. She can't run because "it hurts her chest" (as in it hurts her breathing), she can't do real situps because she "just can't" and she doesn't want to do weight related exercise because "she doesn't want to look like a body builder". I have tried and tried to explain to her why she should do what we do, and how it won't make her look like a body builder and that it's SUPPOSED to hurt!

What's worse is I'm now a stone lighter than I was at Christmas - when we all joined the gym - and I'm not exactly a "bodybuilder" (far from it). I am however a good size / size and a half down in trousers and t-shirts, so she can see that doing what I do has the desired effect.

Can anyone give me any tips on motivating her, getting her to participate more, get her to push herself and not just keep flaking off? She's going to quit the gym soon, I just know it (I know her!) and she'll just say "The gym isn't for me" when she hasn't really tried it properly yet!
