Hello all. I've been doing really good at dieting and eating better, however I'm in college and not only are midterms coming up but I have a huge 8hr exam coming up (MCAT). I'm stressing out so much. I've been doing my best to resist stress eating, but it is getting harder.
I've been doing this thing where when I just can't resist I eat a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, but it's not longer doing the trick. My body is craving some type of meat. Right now I really want chick fil a right now (sandwich and fries), but that's so many calories. But at the same time I'm going to be up all night and really want something to eat so I'm not dying from hunger.
Any suggestions?
