Just finished this motivation/rewards chart to stay positive on the journey!

I've been kinda in a slump since the holidays, and as part of rectifying my bad eating habits, I decided I need a passive cheerleader approach for the days I'm feeling blah.

Image is here. Got a pack of markers and a posterboard, plus a bunch of stickers, from the dollar store. Hoping it's well worth the investment!!!
