The key to eating less is: when you're preparing something super tasty, make it, and then drop it on the floor. :| This happens to me way more often than it should. I'll be making a peanut butter sandwich, spread the PB on the toast, and then accidentally drop the freshly made PB side onto the floor, where it always lands PB side down. Today I found a sushi roll at the supermarket and I was so excited to eat it. I opened the box at home, dropped the chopsticks, so I bent over to pick them up, dragging the sushi box with me. Half the roll ended up on the floor. So I ate half a roll. Sigh... Apparently losing weight has made me clumsier. Or being clumsier is helping me lose weight.
