Went to a nutritionist, got a wake-up call

So, I'm a skinny-fat female, 24 years old, 175 cm (5'9'') and 64kg (143lbs), so I haven't been too worried about losing weight exactly, just recomping. I try to eat right and I go to the gym 5 times a week, but today at the nutritionist I got my blood tests back, and took a BF% measurement. Turns out I have about 32% BF, a lot of visceral fat which causes a high-risk of other health problems, and very little muscle. Also low iron in my blood, despite eating beans, beets and dark-green veggies. I'm very frustrated that my efforts are having little result, but I'm trying to get motivated and disciplined to do things right this time. For my health and also for my looks. Will try to lose at least 7kgs of fat while gaining muscle, although I'm not sure if a pure cut or pure bulk would be more effective.

Many people even asked why the hell I was going to a nutritionist since "I'm not fat", but this is exactly the type of thinking that got me where I am now. So, advice would be appreciated, specially if you're in a similar position, and thanks you all for being a supportive community :)
