I have about 25 minutes between jobs to get a workout. Does 25 minutes of cardio really do anything?

Basically I do an hour on the elliptical each day except for 2 days out of the week when I go from one job to the next. I only have about 25 minutes of free time between traveling from one job to the next and would love to utilize that time for a quick workout. Any suggestions?
