I'm too tall to do Overhead Presses in my gym.I've decided to give Stronglifts 5x5 a try - only problem is: I can't do Overhead Presses inside my gym. When i raise my hands in the air i hit the ceiling (Being tall sometimes has its downsides..). So my question is; can i simply do these while sitting on a bench?
