Hey Guys!
I'm a 15 year old redditor who is currently suffering under obesity.. I'm from germany, 6'1 foot tall and weigh 210 lbs..
The problem is: I have no self control.My grandma is helping me losing weight and I lose some already (6lbs so far), she's not cooking much and I'm always hungry after eating dinner at her place and eat chocolate and all the shit after.
I love sports. I play handball 2/3 times a week (depends if we have a game at weekends or not) and play table tennis once or twice a week.
I am kinda always hungry, even tho I drink up to 4 litres of water every day I'm ALWAYS hungry and that's the reason I can't really lose weight.
I'm looking for advice to lose weight.. well I know how to lose weigh but I'm looking for advice to get SELF CONTROL. This is NOT a trollpost or anything.. many forums said I'm trolling because of my age.
