Hey everyone,
I'm a 19f,190 lbs, 5'2from the U.S, and I am fearful of starting off my 20's at the weight I'm at. I've started college and have a desk job so I noticed within the past 6 months I have gained at least 10 lbs, and it's scary. I don't really have a exercise habit yet. I've had gym memberships that have fallen through. In high school, I did sports like Volleyball, color guard, and ballet. In high school I was at 145 and it skyrocketed after I started my current job. I don't want to be insecure and unhealthy during the prime of my life. So I'm ready to make a change. I'm planning on, by December, to lose 60 lbs, so I want to be at 130 lbs. That 6 lbs a month, right? That seems extremely do-able. My friend is an exercise physiologist and has helped me create a workout plan for my body composition. The thing that I'm worried about is my eating habits. I don't know how to eat healthy, or to make healthy food. How do I keep myself from getting hungry all the time? I would love any stories about experiences you all have had, and any healthy recipes or meal plans. Thank you all so much for reading.
