Started working on my body on 26th December 2015. Diet: Reduced portions and controlled them with 1200kcal in a day. Workout: Everyday: 150-200 calories burn in treadmill. Odd days: 8 types of workouts with 5kg dumbbell - each 3 sets.
Even days: 4 types of body weight ab workouts and 2 back workouts - each 3 sets
