315lbs Squat PR today!!Today marked the completion of Jim Stoppani's program "Shortcut to Size" and I wanted to see how much my maxes went up. Didn't get a video of bench but that only went up 10lbs (150 -> 160). Deadlift and Squat, however, both skyrocketed 40lbs (275 -> 315)!
